How in the **** Orochimaru was set free?

Firstly, don't give me reason like he help the Shinobi War by reviving the 5 edo hokages and turn the tide of the war.

People seem to forget that Orochimaru is a criminal , still ****-minded, he is main villain in part 1 naruto. Oro shit on everyone including Itachi, even causes his former master the 3rd hokages to death.

He is criminal, experiments and usage of forbidden jutsu, found edo tensei and passed on to Kabuto. Then Kabuto used the edo tensei in Shinobi war. Without Oro, Obito will be alone in Shinobi war.

In part 2 he got trolled by Sasuke, and then during Shinobi War he get de-trolled by Sasuke.

How could such criminal live free ? From the 3 sannin , Jiraiya is dead, Tsunade gets old, but Oro is immortal, thats not ***** fair. I would say Oro is the most horrible character. More ridiculous, from spoiler i read Mitsuki is his son .

how to explain Oro still doing those Shin stuff experiment in Gaiden? Oro still evil-minded. And from spoiler i read Mitsuki is his son? thats another experiment. If spoiler is true Oro could be using Mitsuki as spy to know Bolt and Sarada abilities, also the other kids.

at least he helped in the war, I was more pissed hiruzen let him run around all through beginning of series when he was a truer villain, no one acknowledges how many bad guys just skated by cause they had a previous relationship with hiruzen. If Sasuke is free, why not Orochimaru? Sasuke killed former hokage candidate. Injured Raikage Ay, Killer B, Naruto. Killed dozen of fodder when he was training with Orochimaru. Joined Akatsuki. Tried to kill all former kages and tailed beasts.

He was pardon like Sasuke, Yes Sasuke who attempted to murder 4 Kages and wipe out a village. If they can pardon Sasuke they can pardon Orochimaru too who’s Edo help the alliance. Orochimaru who help heal 5 Kages back to health. You hang Orochimaru you better hang Sasuke too a lawyer will argue in court.
