In chapter whatever (Team 7 reunion), Sasuke knows Sakura is a medical ninja. Is Sakura just famous or did Oro tell him?

You all have a very very simple minded way of thinking. Sakura didn't practice medical jutsu in Part 1.

It was public knowledge Tsunade became the 5th Hokage. Knowing that combined with the fact that Sakura was Tsunade's pupil, he probably connected the dots. Contrary to popular belief Sasuke is not an idiot.
