As far as appearance goes, I'm not too picky. However, this sums up what I'm looking for in those regards.

I'd say it's a 50-50 split between physical attractiveness and emotional attractiveness/personality. Gotta have both.

This. I don't want a guy who is ugly with a perfect personality nor so I want a handsome guy with a terrible personality. So 50-50 is the way to go.
