How I would continue the manga from this point.

Madara uses Izanagi to free himself from Kabuto's control.

Kabuto releases the jutsu but Madara remains "alive". He would be an Edo without a master.

What happens next... Madara would kill the 5 Kages & the ninja alliance would tear itself apart, turning this into a real war.

Naruto & Bee get captured by Tobi. Bee has Eight-tails removed & dies.

Then Tobi discovers that Naruto's seal is special & it will take 3-4 years to remove the Nine-tails. This would lead to a 3 year time skip.

Post time skip world

Madara kills the Daimyō from all the various countries creating a "perfect ninja world" & declares himself Gokage.

He keeps the village system intact but he is the one who decides who becomes a Kage.

Izanagi allows the user to control their own state of existence, so theoretically he could use the jutsu to bring himself back to life. Or as I stated possibly remove himself from being Kabuto's Edo.

To all those who missed it, this is not a prediction. ofcoarse it will not happen. the starter of the tread has used his own plot jutsu. it would be an intresting read to say the least but im sure it would dissapoint many fans to kill off so many main characters. i stopped reading and watching when kakashi died lol when itachi died i wanted to kill kishi lol but i mean it would be an intresting twist but many would stop following the series if all the kages die

I'll reveal this little bit: The Tsuchikage is Naruto. He is under the same genjutsu as the former Mizukage. It is an infinite genjutsu used on Jinchuuriki. The genjutsu is used in a way that causes the bijuu & host to re-cast it on each other whenever it starts to wear off.

Naruto is eventually freed after a battle with Kakashi.
