So far we've seen that Naruto and Sasuke both got a new power-up, Naruto's being light(SUN) and Sasuke's darkness(MOON). NOTE: Not sure if its called light and darkness though !!!

This is only a prediction of mine, the way i think how this story will go on. =D
After saving Gai, Naruto will lunch an attack towards Madara. Then Sasuke will join and they will overwhelm Madara together. After being badly beaten, Madara will somehow manage to get his left eye, the Rinnengan Obito possess for the moment. Black Zetsu will leave Obito's body and Obito supposedly will be dying, but Sasuke will come and help him. (The same way Gai was supposed to die after using the Eighth Gate, also Obito is supposed to die since the Juubi was extracted from him, but Sasuke, being an Uchia like Obito, will manage to save him with his new power.)
Madara, after gaining his full potential after obtaining the left Rinnengan, lunches an attack towards both Naruto and Sasuke, resulting later in an all-out battle. Both sides suffering major injuries, will put in game their final techniques. Madara will lunch his attack, while Naruto and Sasuke will rise their dominant hands. The power of light and darkness will fuse together resulting in a jutsu that was even beyond Madara's comprehensions. Then Madara will vanish and the biju's will be set free and fuse together, except one, Kurama, stating that he wants to stay with his best friend.
Then all the alliance will happily return to their villages, where there won't be war, and peace will be set. For the first time, there will be an exception in Konoha's rules, where it is stated that it is possible for Konoha to be ruled by two Hokages.
