I feel that the manga may end this way. Sasuke and Naruto defeat madara.
They get powerups in the process( they separate the 10 tails into 9 bijuu and Naruto takes the bijuu.
Sasuke gets a second Sharinegan and the gedou mazou of course since only the rinnegan can control it.)
In all essence, they should be pretty much equal in power.)
Then Sasuke takes up his need to become hokage and destroy the bijuu(maybe) he feels they are the cause of every major war.
They battle it out.
Naruto uses his 9 bijuu mode (think ashura but better cuz he has all nine) and sasuke uses the gedo mazo cloacked in susanoo.
They fight for a really long time.
I think in the end, Naruto talk no jutsus Sasuke. And sasuke gives up his idea of being hokage and acknowledges naruto. The manga ends with naruto being made hokage, sasuke second in command or something. It would represent light and dark working together, the two brothers of the sage of six paths finally cooperating for a common good. Manga ends happily.
