(1º sorry if it was sayed before)

I bealieve that this chap was to show how naruto grow up. How?

We see:
.: Shikamaru (a big) lost calling for daddy...
.: Sasuke broken speaking in run away and leaving everyone to a clear death (except juugo and naruto)!
.: "dark" kurama praising him...
.: the 1th hokage comparing him and naruto to laud naruto's chakra;
.: and we see the 2th analysis and a way to reveal the great skill that naruto have controlling his chakra;

But the main importante for me, is that he do it, not because he is very smart but as a natural gift.
Naruto do what he need to do, in a simple way despite his absence of theorycal knowledge.

Ya I Agree , This chapter is mainly focused on Naruto's Grouth....

And I disagree with u r points about Sasuke and Naruto

Sasuke had no choice but to fly away with Naruto and Juugo in fact there is no time to save more people ...

Naruto did that Bcoz of his smartness (Ofcourse he dnt knw the complete details)....

Having power dosen't make u battle expert....

Yes, but it was almost like one step forward then two steps back when Tobirama was obviously unhappy that Naruto didn't know how the technique worked. Then became downright angry with Naruto when complimented on his knowledge of "Naruto's" clone jutsu. Funny indeed.
