They would have to sacrifice a life for that and Naruto wouldn't and I don't think Sasuke would anymore as he's trying to be a better person than he use to be. Maybe if they could bring back Itachi like how Hagoromo brought back the past Kages. They also would just question the akatsuki members using Sasuke's genjutsu; he used it to get Bee's location out of a cloud ninja.
