He knows Gentle Fist already.

He already has Ridoku Chakra since Naruto has it and of course he has Kyuubi chakra as the whiskers on his face show. When it comes to sheer fire power no, he probably wont surpass his dad (who has all 9 beasts chakra) but in overall ability, Bolt will certainly surpass him.

Corrected. Obviously, Boruto isn't going to come close to Naruto. He won't be anything above BM Naruto.

Boruto can surpass Naruto in many ways non of which relate to power(he's never gonna get close to Naruto in that regard), Sasuke was just encouraging the kid with some pep talk.

Kishi owns all the characters and can do what He wants as sole owner and theirs nothing you, I or anybody else can do about it and all the possibilities are on Kishi’s side.
