I was born with glass bones and paper skin. Every morning I break my legs, and every afternoon I break my arms. At night, I lie awake in agony until my heart attacks put me to sleep.

You poor creature, here's some chocolate

If you're truly fit or have a good metabolism you can pack away whatever you want because in reality, it won't make much of a difference.

I am both and I eat whatever I want, and have never had anything more than a cold.

It's a shite life having to "get used to" eating foods you don't particularly like, and no matter how you square it, we all end up a pile of rotting flesh and decaying bones or ashes eventually so live how you want and eat what you want. Getting fixed upon nutritional information and obsessing over it, is a waste of a life and ironically, contradicts the original purpose.

I could be healthier, but I'm young. When it becomes a problem I'll worry about it.

You may think that, but generally, no. You are young and your body is not even in its prime. It's just fresh and brand new. Metabolism and immune system is so strong when young and I know this from my own experience, even when I still was healthy when I was young.

Your whole post was redundant. Because we will eventually die means that why eat healthy and maintain the high powered machine you are efficient and healthy? That's like saying why still go to the gym when you are in extremely good shape? You need to continuously work out to maintain that physical fitness.

I can share from experience than when I use to eat fried chicken (saturated fat), starburst and soda (unnecessary carbs and sugars) before soccer practice that I felt lazy within the first 10 minutes and tired out quicker than normal as compared to when my meals were consistently moderate and very healthy I would outperform and last 8x longer than I would just because I was hydrated and fed energizing foods that benefited me in the latter. I would then last 20x longer when I physically trained.

You can't just not eat healthy because your point is that we all will die soon. Obviously. With age comes limits. Meaning so many things inside our body starts to deteriorate and shut down, getting old after a while. You won't keep that childhood energy you always had never wanting to go to bed but instead continue running amok among the playground. It's inevitable, but by eating healthy and exercising daily prolongs that.

You feel energized and young and so alive when you treat your body with respect, like a temple, not an amusement park.

Eating healthy also doesn't mean eating Kale all the time and obviously we all don't like Kale. (I don't though, it's bomb). There are ways to acquire taste but eat healthy at the same time. It's called cooking. Finding recipes that give the nutritional value but pack that elegant taste you love so much.

Maybe if you get off NB and stop eating oreos all the time you can actually eat some real home made cookies that are baked with the healthier ingredients than that mainstream processed crap they put in oreos. Don't eat baked goods though, they have no contribution but empty carbs to the human body. They are just simply pleasure food.

BUT AGAIN. To each their own. You live your life the way you want, but you can't say something that is incredibly not true. There is also a saying in which I believe that illness such as basic colds and what not are just psychological. Your mind telling your body to get sick.

Unhealthy. I don't work out as much as I need, but don't eat a lot to maintain my size (still unhealthy). I know this but still avoid the gym Zzz

That's the whole point of my post.

And please, all you've done is show how amateurish your knowledge is of biology and how you can make childish comments like "Maybe if you get off NB and stop eating oreos all the time" which aren't even true because a) I rarely ever eat processed foods, b) I don't like Oreos c) I exercise regularly and d) I mostly use NB when I'm out and about.

You made a lot of immature assumptions that were both baseless and completely wrong. You assumed even that I meant eating processed food alone is fine when in actual fact, I was talking about it alongside other food.

Getting back to my point of your biology knowledge, every individual's biological constitution overall varies between person to person, rooting from many different independent, and dependant factors including, genetics. First off, there is no baseline for the rate of metabolism from any age, everyone is different. The same applies for the rate of atrophy, there is no standard. My genetic lineage is advantageous as my parents are still in good shape and do not gain weight easily despite no particularly special efforts to stay in shape and being more than twice my age.

And just so you know, there is no overall "prime". Different aspects of the anatomy peak at different stages of life, for metabolism it's generally early 20s, of which I am in now.

You should retreat to your cage and keep both traps shut because you're lacking in both maturity and knowledge. Treating your body like a temple is another fallacy too, because inherent problems occur in middle to old age with both sides of the coin.

I'm not really healthy...I do sports every now and then, but now that winter's coming, I can't really do anything (as for indoor stuff like working-out, I can't do that due to other health problems [have had a spine surgery] u.u). What I eat, mostly depends on my wallet and time schedule: so sometimes I can only afford cheap food/fast food.

I didn't even know you replied to my post.

tl;dr anyway. I read like one sentence and saw that you're butt hurt. Who are you to judge my maturity and knowledge? There is nothing wrong with eating healthy. You practically said why eat healthy when we all will die? That's the epitome of quitting, and when words like that come out of your mouth you pretty much gave up on life.

This "knowledge" of mine that you degrade has put me at a good level of fitness and overall being of health. I am yet to reach my prime.

Please kid. I realize your jimmies are rustled but don't bash me for criticizing your untrue and wrong statement. It's absurd and ludicrous.

Kid? You're only 19, younger than me.

You've proved your immaturity further; I took the time to read your post and reply objectively and you did not. You came back like a rustled child covering their ears shouting "lalala~".

If you had read my post, you would have know why I said what I did. But I suppose salty children will remain so.

I've already undone everything you said, that's all that needs to be said.

Lmao. Okay. I don't need to read someones post when they start bashing me and insulting me. In fact that's immaturity.

I am far more mature than you. I've committed my life to america as a US Marine. That's more than mature. That's being a man to something half the world wouldn't even consider.

I would love to share your belief on being healthy to others. Lmao. "Why eat healthy when we all will die?" Please, kind sir, kill yourself. One less idiot to deal with in this world.
