In terms of what's useful as a shinobi, she mostly gets it from being an Uchiha. There's nothing special about 'Haruno' genes. Everything that Sakura did in terms of obtaining power was through working hard.

It's basically her specialty, which is why she's so naturally talented with medical ninjutsu via Tsunade's comment at the end of Part 1.

Sakura doesn't have 'large reserves' like that, her Yin Seal provides her all the chakra she needs. She's never been associated with large reserves in her base.

Haruno genes are fodders, fact. Sakura doesn't have any genetic traits unlike her teammates. She even doesn't have monstrous strength like Tsunade naturally.

Haruno clan is the most irrelevant concept in NV, it basically stands for natural fodder

He already was though lol, he was able to control Kurama's chakra without side effects when he was just a chuunin, even Hiruzen was surprised and then he learned Rasengan at the age of 12. He always had the talent for chakra control but just like any talent he had to work hard to use it properly.

Yin seal can't be unlocked without large reserves though, she had to store chakra while using her own chakra for 3 years.

True but Sakura has Yin affinity like Sasuke and genjutsu is a Yin feat so there's a high chance she will be skill full with genjutsu

Suigetsu (the idiot sandwich) thought the umbilical cord he was testing belonged to Karin but in actuality it belonged to Sarada & her mother Sakura. Now you do understand DNA extracted from a persons saliva and umbilical cord consist of the same DNA right? So why wouldn't her saliva be a 100% match to the umbilical cord that was once attached to her body genetically?
