How hard is it to make a good filler?!

Me personally I enjoy fillers. But I feel they could do so much more with them. With the Seven ninja sworsmen filler I would have shown screen time of all of their past and backstories instead of a 17min long dragged out battle that mainly consist of talking and kunai throwing. What would you do If you were in charge of fillers?

The reason why the animation is so bad is because they usually make one person do all the animations to show off their talents. This happens every now and then. But other than that they really need to step up the animation.

I know but sometimes they will make just 1 person to do it to show off their talents and get recognized. It's rare but it happens.
