Seems Plausible, but again some characters just won't be shown such as the Sandaime Hokage' s other son. Or Konohamaru's parents as they don't have much effect. But this is Kaguya's other child and hagoromo's brother, so we don't know.

Great theory! The tools def will play a key role in learning more about Hamura. I think it's very plausible that he will end up on the battlefield. Someone replied that there were already enough zombies on the battlefield..... -.- Im sorry but I dont believe you can have too many zombies on a battlefield- call me crazy if you want- especially if it's a zombie of the dude who freakin sealed his horrible mother for the sake of mankind!?! I really do think that Hamura had to give his life for the sealing process, but maybe "giving his life" meant being trapped in a gourd or scroll for all eternity? I think it'd be even more super awesome if he showed up, kissed Sakura on the forehead, she grows a horn, and ......then let everything else be surprises!!!! Lol
Sakura may end up being the only person with a life force strong enough to weild the tools if everyone else is asleep in infinite tsukyomi. I hope she gets to do that at least....and that some kind of power envelops her and blows off most of her clothes....not all, dont be a perv....but just "most"

Yea they may very well be bearing headdressses, their forehead protectors have no hair below them. & you can see their eyebrows either. They might just have this appearance to give the impression that they are related to Hagoromo or Hamura....:shrug:

Hamura might actually appear on the battlefield and I most certainly don't want him to be giving anyone a power up, but if Hagoromo was the Ninshuu user it would make sense for Hamura to be the sealer/ enchanter. Hamura's staff is used in Buddhist priesthood and Hamura has bigger horns than Hagoromo.

I was thinking a while back on why it Orochimaru had to be at the Naka Shrine in order to undo the shiki fujin. It could be that some of hagoromo's chakra had to be present. Uchiha tablet was written by Hagoromo. So if Hagoromo's chakra is the key to undoing Hamura's seals then Madara's forehead plate may unseal whatever is in the gourd
