I say yes because he could combine lightning blade and whatnot with FTG making him really good. But he would run out of chakra way to fast to use it as much as Minato.

I'm sure he'd make excellent use of it.

I am sure Kakashi would've learnt it if he could've. Its not a technique that anyone can learn.

tbh the manga always implies that Kakashi has very low in chakra usage because of Sharingan since he doesnt have Uchiha blood. But we have witnessed countless of time Kakashi perform many high level jutsu without having trouble with his chakra.
So yea he can use ftg multi time without any problem by manga logic, and ninja like Kakashi to even able to use ftg one at a time can most likely able to turn the tide of battle greatly.

But if we follow his statement + ftg requires at least 3 jonin to perform then i doubt he has enough of chakra to perform ftg at it's best.

FTG wouldn't even be taxing on him and it'd be more beneficial for him given how intelligent of a fighter Kakashi is. To imply that he cannot use FTG because it's taxing is rather insulting considering he could use multiple Raikiris, Kage Bunshins, and multiple Kamui throughout the War and even his Stamina improved to the point where he could warp away something as large as a Bijuu without Kurama's aid. His Stamina was hardly a crutch at all by the end of the War Arc, so using FTG isn't even a problem in terms of Stamina. The only instances where large amounts of Stamina is required is when warping large objects or many objects all at once. Warping to numerous Kunai was never depicted to consume a large portion of his Stamina.

To be honest, Kakashi w/o the Sharingan would benefit greatly from FTG and since the Sharingan isn't consuming his Stamina, he shouldn't have any problems using FTG.

Kakashi fell down bleeding out the eyes when he teleported Hachibi.

Minato teleported full Kurama and has Sage Mode so you know his chakra pool is larger than Kakashis

Yeah, and Kakashi warped away the Gedo Mazo with Kamui without collapsing and without Kurama's help. He was also depleted of his chakra as well. There's a disparity between Kakashi's Stamina during the War Arc and towards the end of it.

I will agree that Minato likely has larger Stamina.

I'm still not sure about his chakra reserves. Pre war arc Kakashi wouldn't be able to make use of it imo but war arc should be.
