Mangetsu Hozuki, Pakura, & Gari from the explosives squad(Same as Deidara)
Mangetsu has Suigetsu's Feats and he has all 7 Swords including Samehada and has the same mastery of each sword as shown by the other wielders like he has the same mastery of samehada as kisame does for example
Pakura
Pakura was a renowned kunoichi whose skills earned her enough fame during her life that Kabuto chose to reincarnate her to fight for Akatsuki. In the anime, she was shown to be a highly perceptive fighter, able to see through most deceptions and react quickly. She was also a skilled close-range fighter, able to fight back a kenjutsu user like Omoi armed with a kunai.[1]
She possesses a kekkei genkai known as Scorch Release.[3] She is the only known person to have this kekkei genkai. By combining two chakra natures, hinted to be fire and wind,[4] she can create heat orbs that "mummify" her enemies, killing them seemingly by evaporating all the moisture in their bodies. Pakura displays this ability when using Scorch Release: Extremely Steaming Murder;[5] combined with her incredible agility, she managed to kill many Allied Shinobi Forces members in a short amount of time. In the anime, she combined all of her heat orbs into a giant ball which was strong enough to completely scorch a large portion of a forest.[1]
Gari
He was a well noted shinobi and a member (captain in the anime) of the Explosion Corps during his lifetime, which served as the reason for his eventual reincarnation by Kabuto Yakushi. He has also demonstrated great knowledge, being able to recognise a rare and forbidden technique.[4] The fact that, in the anime, even Orochimaru desired to reincarnate him speaks further of his prowess in battle.
Taijutsu
Gari specialises in offensive taijutsu, which he uses in conjunction with his destructive kekkei genkai. With this combination, he was able to overwhelm most foes, including a taijutsu prodigy such as Rock Lee, by forcing his opponents to dodge and evade the blows rather than blocking them, thus making hand-to-hand combat a near-impossible choice.
As shown in the anime, Gari possess great speed when he was able to sneak up onto two patrolling shinobi without them even noticing and is also physically strong, able to lift a fully grown man with just one hand.[5]
Gari is able to use Explosion Release, a kekkei genkai that allows him to combine two unknown chakra natures to utilise explosive chakra, as seen when he used Explosion Release: Landmine Fist to obliterate an Allied Shinobi ninja simply by punching him. In the anime, he could deflect kunai back by using explosions in his palms, throwing them back with such force and precision, that they killed the throwers in one shot, and even used the same technique to cut the length of a binding cloth that Maki used to restrain Pakura.[3]
