[Gimp] How good is this sig ?

It is actually my second sig . Made by gimp . I know text is not good what is your opinion ?

A different font would make it look even better. I like it, the colour choices are great and they match the team. If it had a different font for the writing and the sig in general was a bit smaller, I would love it even more. Great work.

Honestly, the text and lighting are terrible, you have shadows in the bg right next to where there are light rays on the render. Either work on the text or remove it. Create a new layer and apply image and add some dodge,burn to try and sort the lighting out. Other than that this is pretty cool tho hope I wasnt too harsh !

Since you're a starter it'll be a little harder to understand CnC. Best way to learn is tutorials that way you get used to the terminology as well. It's a good start for a second sig by the way.

That's why use tutorials to learn those things. You can find them on youtube or deviantart. They will help you to understand all the important things to do a signature and even more.

And i suggest you to get photoshop instead of gimp.
