Thinking about watching it just wanted to know what everyone thought of it or if there are others you suggest

its average show with average story line and average art, nothing special really..........,
i suggest you read/watch hunter x hunter or d gray man

if you gonna watch HXH then watch the 2011 remake because i don't think you'll like the 1999 animation

Id suggest Darkstalkers, or if you have netflicks then Samurai Champloo, Desert Punk,Mushi-shi, Casshern Sins, Nabari No Ou, Afro Samurai 1&2,xxxholic, Blood +, Hellsing, Speed Grapher, Elfen lied, Toyko Majin is so so, Witchblade,FLCL

The book is more in depth, the anime gets their, but in the anime they kill asura, in the manga he is still kicking.

I'd suggest reading, but then you'll miss out on the awesome voice acting!
Watch a few eps and see what you think, I don't regret watching it, though the ending was lacking as it couldn't follow the manga storyline after a while, but hey, doesn't make the rest bad does it?!

Amazing. It's my all time favorite manga. It's my dream manga come to life. It has everything I deem a 10/10, or very close. It's Tim Burton style, but an manga.

Anime is ended, no need to watch. Read the manga. It's really my number one, so I highly suggest it.

Anime does not make it justice, in my opinion. And I highly recommend it!!
