Sorry, can't rate on a scale with numbers, it's a bit foreign to me how you guys even do that. Instead; I'd say One Piece is as good as about 1000K Gum-Gums.

I'd recommend starting with the manga, it builds up tolerance for the 50-ish first anime eps, or rather 'understanding', if you can call it that.

One Piece is amazing. i give it a 10. It's a complete rollercoaster of emotions, in one arc you get badass scenes, sad moments and funny moments. It's really worth the reading/watch. btw Skypiea was awesome, it may seem slow paced but the story and emotions behind it is great.
