Very high praises were said about this technique comming from zetsu.
So lets analyze this statement to see if its any truth to this or not.

Cannot be proven so False until proven. And it is also hearsay in the bold. these sound like legend. All we do know is that it is the highest level of katon because it devours fire.
-ignite at the focus of the user's vision.
Fact. Amaterasu seems to ignite what ever the user looks at. the place where the flames spawn is indeed where the user focuses. even when the user shifts his focus the flames also follow suit.
So all we really know that can be proven is
is that its more deadly than Katon so Enton>Katon
It ignites what ever the user is focused on but can be evaded if the users focus shifts.
Misconception: Amaterasu doe not travel. sasuke's focus shifted on the samurai when raikage moved. The raikage moved at such a high rate of speed, sasuke was focused on his after imagte and realized he was looking at a samurai
As deadly as this technique sounds, is it really that dangerous to ninjas with intel on the technique? In regards to the scan above, Raikage had a slight amount of intel on the jutsu and managed to counter. With that said can amaterasu really harm a ninja over A rank with intel on the technique?
I mean MANY consider it a one shot S rank jutsu. But in my opinion its not that big for a ninja who knows how the jutsu works. Now this is just the standard Amaterasu. Not Sasuke's flame control. His Enton flame control is a different jutsu than Amaterasu in my opinion due to its usage. But what do you think? does amaterasu live up to its hype or not?
