I mean, i remember that Gai was tired to death after he just opened 6gates for few minutes against Kisame at the begin of Shippuden, again before the war even started, he opened 7gates for few minutes and couldn't even wake up for a long long time even when the war was about to start, and now he used 6gates(or even more) for too long by now, and he is still up?

Seems like in this war, everybody has Tailed Beast stamina? :shrug:

Really? Cuz i was sure i saw him falling and needed help to stand on his own after his fight against that clone of kisame. Maybe it was just in anime?

Hm, I forgot about that. There likely was. Though, the 6th Gate still doesn't take too big of a toll on him. The 7th Gate disabled him for a while after use..it doesn't appear that the 6th gate does.
