[Discussion] How Gai can postpone death.

Kakashi still has that Mazou arm stored away somewhere in the Kamui dimension.

He could just give the arm to Gai.

The Mazou has incredible life force, enough to save someone from Bijuu extraction.

This should be enough for Gai to at least extend his fighting time.

Kakashi can only absorb things with his kamui, he can't bring them back out. Obito's eye can absorb and release objects from the other dimension, but he can't absorb long distance like Kakashi because that is the power of the other eye. Kakashi got out of the other dimension by absorbing himself while he was in the dimension, which is the only time he brought anything back from that dimension. So if anyone is going to use the Gedo arm its going to be Obito. Obito is the only person who can bring it out of that dimension without being in the dimension himself and he is the only person beside Madara who has extensive knowledge on controlling the power of the Gedo.

you can postphone him as long as you want sooner or later he dies theres nothing that can prevent that
