How fodder would Madara be without eyes? Oh yeah I forgot he still solo'd without em :Sparks:

He's probably around Asuma's level without the Sharingan. Good, but barely great.

He will be Genius Kage level.
He can beat almost anyone with intel.

Just watch his novel, after he lost his eyes he developed a new jutsu, the sharingan helped him, but also stopped his own grown-up. He depended a lot if the sharingan and for that he didn't train other abilitites or areas other than ninjutsu.
