How fast would you say Kaguya is moving here

Naruto characters are not as fast as sound unless they are using body flicker or whatever Madara used to "blast off" right after becoming Juubi Jin.

no she's way faster but she isn't faster than sound unless she uses her chakra to boost her speed like in body flicker or when Madara blasted off. If she flies normally you can still track her movements with your eye.

Do you have proof of that? if i remember correctly. You need to weave a hand sign to use teleportation jutsu. The instances where naruto has blitz someone with kcm or rsm. I don't see him using any sort of hand signs beforehand...

no he's using chakra to boost his speed in the same way Raikage uses it to boost his speed, Kaguya uses body flicker from time to time but in this particular scene she wasn't because she either may have been being careful if Naruto counter attacked or she just doesn't fly very fast without chakra. Like when Madara "blasted off" he was clearly using chakra to fuel his super flight but when he's just floating around he isn't moving very fast just like when Naruto and Sasuke were fighting Juubito they weren't zipping around like DBZ. I think ninjas are faster on foot as well.

If there's smoke coming from something moving really really fast it will look like a thin line trailing behind them like when a jet passes through a cloud and leaves a trail. However if it's an ordinary choo choo train the puffs of smoke would have enough time to exist the smoke stack while retaining their cloud shape. If the train went mega fast the smoke look like a straight line of smoke trailing behind until it dissipates.

Let me rephrase. If she was moving as fast as say Gai that smoke would look like a thin line trailing behind he because the smoke wouldn't have time to dissipate into any shape due to her speed.

The fact the clouds of breath are fully shaped show that the hot air of her breath had time to dissipate into the air enough to have that shape, otherwise it would just be a thin stream coming from the side of her mouth because the air from her breath would be just barely escaping her mouth.

There's also the fact that her voice traveled to Naruto before she did while she was already on her way there. Common sense would dictate that this means Kaguya was moving slower than Rock Lee vs Gaara.

There you go. Applying logic to a manga and there's many manga fight where they talk while fighting. Besides kishi already said that he isn't good with physics. Heck, might gai screamed night guy when he kicked the crap out of madara. You're gonna call eight gates guy slower than sound now?
