He off panels Toneri, therefore there is no movie.
If not, he ends the battle before Toneri has a chance to awaken his Tenseigan... Sasuke is capable of tracking somebody through a different dimension, he would find Toneri and make him cry...
The only leverage Toneri actually had was the moon falling down in the planet, and it can be argued that Adult Sasuke PS Chidori would be able to erase the moon, given how base Chidori no diffed a meteor

Non against Toneri without a tailed Beast to help Sasuke and Woman with Hinata’s power to help Him, Sasuke would ha lost bad. Sakura dose not have Hamura’s powers to revitalize Him after being drain like Hinata did to Naruto and Sakura can’t do a collaboration Jutsu like Naruto and Hinata can.
