How fast Sasuke would have mastered the Rasengan ?

How fast do you think Sasuke would have mastered the Rasengan (at the same conditions as Naruto i.e same age,time ,teacher etc..) ?

pretty fast, he just needs more panel time using the rinnegan, he learns things very fast just like when he got MS.

Chidori is a useless technique i think part 1 cleared it in manga

Wind affinity isn't needed for Rasengan. Rasengan is just the change of chakra's form. Affinity has nothing to do with it.

Konohamaru has a lot of chakra, he uses shadow clones.

No...he can't copy it using the sharingan..since rasengan does not have any hand seals to copy..the most he could benefit from the sharingan is to be able to see the chakra while he is attempting to collect it in his hand for the rasengan..
