As someone said, RCM would greatly improve his already top tier reflexes other than speed, if it made A, an ordinary shinobi, capable of evading Amaterasu then the boost would be huge for him seeing his RCM would be better in every aspect. He would probably be near RSM Naruto's Sunshin speed while also using Sunshin (of course) if not on par.

DSM would be a different story considering it would evolve in RSM due to his Rikudou Chakra. His reflexes would be second to none bar Kaguya and sons, huge buff in strenght and the ability to absorb great quantities of NE... overkill.

If he combined the two? Probably the most versatile and better CQC fighter of the whole manga, scary shit. There's a reason why he didn't learn Senjutsu afterall.

RKSM (Sunshin) = RCM (Sunshin) >> RKSM = RCM >= Base (Sunshin) > RSM <=> Base

Without Rikudou Chakra i would put Sasuke as fast as KM Naruto, maybe a little bit faster but not as fast as KSM.

You fail to acknowledge that Naruto Shunshin'd upward. It's in the same manner BM Naruto tried to attack Edo Madara with his speed. That wasn't anywhere near his top speed. What difference does it make in which direction he used that body flicker? Not only an extension was utilized but the woman was low on chakra, therefore, it's a corollary factor that it would affect her movements? Unless someone here believes that Naruto went from strength to strength and got, ridiculously and magically, faster after his skirmish with Madara then I'll have to put my foot down and call it grade C - bull shit. It isn't supported therefore it isn't a factor.

You know it wasn't his top speed? It's an assumption when none of his boring outings have ever hoodwinked a Sharingan user; Obito, Madara and even Sasuke, you name it. Not without some major helping-hand. You know he couldn't have kept up with it or was it simply a choice to use Teleportation, when I gave you a canonical example that Madara couldn't react in time to Sasuke's movement but did so easily against Naruto's? Naruto saved chocho and sarada from Shin using pure speed in base mode. Sasuke with the sharingan activated wasn't even fast enough to save sarada from blades without hurting himself. He had to use his body as a shield.
