How fast is it. I see people claim" totsuka blitz gg" but never back up facts. Those trolls will be ignored.

It seems to be like a regular sword in speed. Oro was only sliced due to his arrogance., believing he couldnt be injured. Not to mention he was a big target.

Nagato was hit because he was blinded by the debris from the CT.

Can he hit anybody moving at full speed? His Susano'o seems to be slow and doesnt have legs due to not being perfect.

Can it hit anybody that isnt blinded like Nagato was or a big ass target like Orochimaru?

You mean anything it pierces, other than that it cuts like a sword. So another Susanoo can use its blade to block swings from Totsuka.
