I noticed this to by the looks of it he's pretty quick I dont really know how the speed rankings go so I cant place him but he is defiantly far above average speed

Is it me or is everyone forgetting the basic Sharingan feat which is to virtually predict movement? lol And Sasuke's known for his base speed too, since Part 1. He's probably within a Top 10 (or even as far as within Top 5? Unless I'm forgetting people) of ninjas with remarkable base speed.
