OK , I see now, he sure very fast. But can he match KCM Naruto in battle by foot speed and used Kamui only for warpping Naruto only?

That look not to far fetched to said he can match KCM Naruto in combat when he having senju cell boost stamina and his speed is easily above Itachi as he is same level as edo madara.
His reaction speed also can be said same or little below edo madara that can react to Teleportation blizt from tsunade, that mean Obito having a capabilities to react OK to KCM blitz although not easy

Itachi is as fast as kcm naruto
Obito easily kept up with BM naruto, the only reason why he never got caught was because of long range Kamui.

^^See he was able to catch bm naruto before he can even make a move.
Kamui can't beat kamui speed, neither can Obito's shuushin so he's as fast as bm naruto, EMS Sasuke, and Madara.

He cornered KCM naruto, which is good enough.
Then with rin power up he and kakashi blitzed kaguya bone naruto and sasuke couldnt dodge.

Obito without Kamui is above KCM Naruto no sunshin speed, about BM Naruto no sunshin speed.
