I think Sasuke is pretty good to react without S/T jutsu
He did react and save Naruto with his Susano'o that time. Still pretty good I think.

I think he's done pretty well considering he doesn't have prior info on the people he's fighting. He know Obito can phase in and out, but everything else he's learning on the fly.

Lol he barely managed to read Ay's v1 attacks ..V2 is toomuch for Sasuke , he can't keep up with Naruto's BM / KCM but Naruto isn't as proficient as Ay when it comes to speed so BM Naruto isn't a big deal for Sasuke IMO
