Naruto is pretty fast, but the fastest footspeed, no as Sasuke was able to get ahead of him.

Not really, you don't need to be a sasuke fanboy to realize what's going in that gif, but you have to be either sasuke hater/naruto fanboy to deny what's happening in this gif. You have Sasuke and RSM Naruto running literally side by side, going all out against fused otsutsuki close to Kaguya level opponent(which means there's no reason for them to hold back) and yet still for some people this isn't enough proof?

if it was a joint attack why would they split apart?

I assume Naruto's BM speed was topped by his RSM speed... And his RSM has some nice speed feats, so yep he's currently the fastest on foot.

They definitely were not racing, Sasuke decided to attack first so he sped up... Nothing proves here who is faster than who.

This was a second before they hit momoshiki and Naruto pulled up ahead of Sasuke, so by your logic Naruto is still superior. Plus, he set the ground on fire.

They did their first combined attack at the beginning of the fight, when they both shuunshined at the same time when Momo caught their fists, if you rewatch it, you can actually see what happens next is Sasuke jumping and doing the kick, while Naruto stayed on the ground which implies he probably started running first, that's why he was ahead in the beginning and shortly after Sasuke joined him and outran him.

Naruto is the fastest.

During the Boruto movie Sasuke did pass by Naruto while they were running towards their opponent, but that was because Naruto wasn't going all out. I know that because he never once used frog fu. They were limited to only using taijutsu during that part of the battle. So the fact Naruto never used his strongest taijutsu style (frog fu) proves he wasn't using his full power.

That seen was very similar to when Naruto and Killer Bee were fighting the jinchuuriki. Naruto never used his speed against them.

Boruto manga shows how fast Naruto really his. He was evading attacks in base mode.
