How Fast I Minato Now???

its an enhanced version of narutos base kcm!!! this is as close to bm he can get without the beast, and he is maxing out his half of the chakra!!! so he would be faster than narutos original KCM!!!

He has pretty fast shunshin in base mode, so KCM is huge boost to his speed. Speed is not really Naruto's style, he speed blitz every now and then but he hasn't really utilized it more in battle.
