Kurama is a big guy and Sasuke used genjutsu on multiple users. Kakashi's MS is nothing compared to Rinnegan but Sasuke solos Kakashi in other ways. His Susanoo can get CT or wrecked with a swing of a sword. Kamui shuriken can be avoided or stopped prematurely using arrows, yatas or enton tomoes.
His powers don't last longer than 5 minutes anyway.
