How fast can Kisame absorb chakra?

When Kisame fought against Killer Bee, he absorbed all Bee's and Hachibi's chakra in a few touch.

But when he fought against Suigetsu or Gai, Samehada absorbed their chakra slower.

So, could Kisame absorb chakra of normal ninja as fast as Hachibi's?.. It would mean that Kisame could absorb all Suigetsu's chakra in one second, couldn't he?

Chakra used for a technique is much less than a person's chakra. That's what makes the difference.

Samehada shares a symbiotic relationship with its wielder, similar to that of the kikaichū. Although it continually consumes the chakra of its owner, its largest meals come from fights, wherein it absorbs the chakra of the opposition instead.
