Yeah so basically how fast can a human swing a blade or punch through the air, what would be the average and top speed for any human to do so, to get technical, can any human swing or punch at supersonic speed?

We'll it has been told that Bruce lee used to have t slow his punches down so they could be seen by the naked eye. The were not supersonic though. Supersonic is physically the equivilancy of trying to lift 2 tons with your bare hands so my vote is no.

That's not so much speed as it is figuring where the bullet wil be before it gets there. Same concepts as a pitcher and a batter.

The tip of a whip can rrach supersonic speed for a short amount of time if done right. But as far as i know neither punches nor swordswings will ever be even close to that point.

Ofcourse it is and what that guy displayed were reflexes. He was moving before the bullet even fired. But to swing a sword at sonic speed would be a completely different situation. They even said he had amazing sensory abilities. Didn't once mentio speed. I'm sure any one of us could swing a sword as fast as he swung his but what made his amazing was the precision and reflex.
