Even the low tiers by the time the War Arc has come are Hypersonic at the very least. God Tiers and Top Tiers are far beyond basic hypersonic level speed.

For reference: Pain dodged FRS, FRS crossed the CT crater (as wide as Nagato's CT at least) in a second. If you think the CT crater is one mile in length, that puts Pain above Mach 4.5 at least. People like Sasuke, KCM Naruto, Ay, etc are far beyond Pain in speed. Mach 5 is hypersonic.
