^That was the best statement of the test. I absolutely agree. I'd like to live in a state that makes DNA-profiles for every single one of its citizens. Take some blood from the newborns, immigrants and even tourists. Save the DNA in form of data in governments files and give the police access to copies of it, whenever it is needed.
