It's a question aswell (obviously).
How far will Oda take the strengths of the Worst Generations Devil Fruits?
I'm not talking about Urouge (because he's basically in a permanent G3), Bonney (Her devil fruit can only change the age of somebody, not much else to it) or Drake (a Zoan is a Zoan. That's it).
I mean :
Gomu Gomu no Mi
Ope Ope no Mi
Kids Magnet fruit (possibly called the Denki Denki no Mi)
Hawkins Voodoo fruit (possibly called the Maji Maji no Mi)
Apoos music fruit (possibly called the Memo Memo no Mi)
Beges storage/gang fruit? (possibly called the Suto Suto no Mi)
They've all got incredible potential.
The basics of each fruit:
Gomu Gomu no Mi:
Immunity to blunt damage (as long as there's no Haki or the Haki used is weaker than Luffy's), stretching and extending ones self to increase the impact of a mid range attack or effectiveness of a defensive move.
Ope Ope no Mi:
The ability to manipulate objects within a "room", to move, warp, manipulate or swap objects places.
Denki Denki no Mi:
Attract or repulse metallic objects , the user of the fruit has some control over the size and amount of metallic objects affected.
Maji Maji no Mi:
Basically the user is like a witch doctor. The user can utilize the arts of voodoo to sacrifice others in place of themselves (as one example) , Hawkins claims he can see the future (it's not sure whether or not this is because of his fruit or not), Hawkins can also transform into a bizarre voodoo like creature.
Memo Memo no Mi:
Uses sound waves as a weapon by transforming different body parts into musical instruments. Different instruments have different attacks.
Suto Suto no Mi:
A power that manipulates the size of anything and enables the storage of objects within his own body.
Based on what we have seen ; how far can Oda take these devil fruits by EOS?

What I think:
Luffy has almost reached his limit with the Gomu Gomu no Mi. The only things there is room for is :
Faster G2,Larger G3, Gear stacking and possibly a G4.
Since Law's rooms pre TS were relatively small and are now easily larger than skyscrapers etc. there is a possibility that Law may be able to make Island sized rooms and manipulate the shape of the rooms in order to make it harder to firstly: escape and secondly : counter attack. Law used Defibrilator like attacks on Punk Hazard , so it is possible that he will be able to amplify light rays like lasers and other instruments used in surgery. A good idea I had was similar to Ivankov's Horo Horo no Mi: Law could "use" anesthetic to negate pain , resulting in fatigue later.
Kid should be able to fully and perfectly manipulate the shapes of the metal objects, the number of objects and voluntarily select which objects to use. He could interact with magnetic fields in island sized areas ; causing objects to become more or less volatile. Magnetic fields even effect the geography of an island and how water works (deadly against DF users) and increase the magnetism of the entire environment around him, by doing this he could manipulate objects other than metal (similar to Shiki). And potentially throw islands at people for fun.
Hawkins should be able to control his transformation to change one appendage at a time etc. Like Marco. His voodoo powers can manipulate the movements of his enemies (similar to Doflamingos threads). And possibly far larger groups than Doflamingo ever could. He would be able to see the future to the extent where he can predict the outcomes of dodging attacks , like a double Kenbushoku Haki. And then plan many moves ahead of his opponent. He could also have an infinite capacity of lives , only to be hurt by impacts to the head. He could disperse his strawlike giant form to avoid attacks (as a Psuedo logia).
Apoos fruit can merge different instruments for an incredible range of attacks, like Enel: using sound to overhear things from a wide range and enhancing his Kenbushoku Haki. As he becomes more skilled at using his Music he can make more powerful and faster attacks. For example: Rock music could allow him to pull down meteors or something like that , and Metal can create a vector for defense. Another idea I came up with was that with his attack he used to cut Borsalino in half: he could do so to an island...
Bege can store more and more people inside of him , to have an entire nation. His DF could store much larger and more powerful weapons , including Shinokuni etc. That would be incredibly deadly and difficult to fight. As gangs were infamous for struggling and theft I wouldn't be surprised if he has super weapons like that EOS.
