I don't think those brats can do anything they want. Sooner or later there would be a rebellion.
It's already happening in One Piece - just look at Kuzan. He's willing to fight for justice but when he realizes what he's fighting for is
a corrupt government he doesn't wanna be part of it and I could see him joining the revolutionaries even
Also Garp and Sengoku could be swayed to the other side I'm sure
