How exactly would Naruto beat Hashirama

Given Base Naruto's performance against Kinshiki absorbed Momoshiki, he'd do extremely well fighting against Hashirama.

I'd even say that SM Naruto would beat him with some difficulty.

Rikudo power is in a whole other level. Naruto already faced off against several forms of Mokuton.

He countered the emergent forest Jutsu with Rasengan Barrage and that was before the Rikudo powerup.

He also faced Mokuton Dragon which caught him off guard but didn't seem to do much else and again that was before the Rikudo powerup.

He cut the God tree down effortlessly before even donning the RSM cloak with Lava Rasenshuriken.

He obliterated a sky full of chibaku Tensei with equal amount of Rasenshuriken and wasn't even winded.

Hashirama' Buddah statue gets to face off against Ashura/Kurama Avatar,

Then there are the TSB. And his Kage bushing which were able to handle Limbo Clones which > then Edo or alive Madara.

Take away the Rikudo power and I can see Hashi winning this high difficulty.

But RSM Naruto?....Hashirama would put up a good fight but I honestly don't see him winning this.

Wood dragon got destroyed by tailed beast bomb the last time Kurama shot it at him, and wood dragon cannot absorb ninjutsu either.
As for Shinsusenju Madara used Kurama's tailed beast bomb to destroy the arms, Bm naruto will just do the exact same. It took 11 to destroy the thing so Naruto will shoot 11.

Trust me, he beats him. It takes Kurama 1 biju bomb to destroy all of Hashirama's techniques besides Shinsusenju which requires 11 to destroy Chōjō Kebutsu arms.
