Wel if it is Alive Itachi(MS) vs Sasuke(EMS) then Sasuke win's
If it is alive Itachi(MS) and Sasuke(MS) then Itachi win's(If Itachi is healthy) or Sasuke win's (If Itachi is Sick)
If It is EDO Itachi vs Sasuke(3tom, MS or EMS) then Itachi solo's................
I dnt think Yata and Totsuka wil have a bigger impact on thire fight ,,,,,,,
