How exactly can a Rinnegan be transplanted?

We've seen Madara has given Nagato his Rinnegan, in the process losing his EMS, MS, etc. and having to use a spare pair of sharingan ( wonder where he got those, sharingan don't grow in trees ).

Now, how exactly did he give Nagato these eyes? What were his parents doing? 'Cuz, you know, having the world's #1 bad guy coming into your house, gouging your son's eyes and putting his in place while you cook potatoes won't earn you the father of the year award.

But, getting to the point, it's been said you need both senju dna and uchiha dna for it.

Question is, can - theoretically - an Uchiha awaken the Rinnegan without having EMS?

If so, could Kakashi get it? You might be saying Kakashi doesn't have Uchiha DNA but he does have Obito's eye. Seeing as how Danzo's eye was marked by Shisui's chakra I would guess that applies for Kakashi too. Eyes do have DNA inside them, after all.

Moving on, can Naruto theoretically get the Rinnegan if it's transplanted?

What about someone that hasn't either Senju or Uchiha DNA? What would happen to him if he received the Rinnegan via transplant?

I dont know, maybe he had some since stand off days.

He walked there placed parents under genjutsu and transplanted his eyes into nagato.

Judging from the time it took madara to awaken rinnegan, i can conclude that something else was missing. So its either something+senju DNA = rinnegan, or that something is enough by itself for EMS to evolve.

Kakashi lack's senju and mainly uchiha blood, so no. And even if he would get rinnegan he would fall into coma, as its too much for him.

I believe an Uzumaki can get the Rinnegan. (The SO6P.) It will be Naruto's final power-up, Kishi forshadowed it by giving Nagato the Rinnegan.

Why would he need EMS? He only needs to get the Rinnegan transplanted. Bang. EMS and Uchiha DNA in one hit.

The idea of transplanting eyes mainly works with the cornea so idk but I guess used clones or something *shrugs*
