Sasuke dose not have the Rinnegan, You need Senju and Uchiha DNA to control the Rinnegan,Sasuke only has Uchiha DNA or you need to be an Uzumaki like Nagato was. So far Sasuke is only 100% Uchiha alone so were do you get the Rinnegan?
