how EM turns into EMS

i was wondering once u get EM and your brother allows you to use their eyes how do u get EMS
do you; FUSE THEM TOGETHER WITH A JUTSU?
DO YOU JUST TAKE OUT YOUR EYES AND PUT YOUR BROTHERS EYES IN?



i really would like to know if you do know please answer and please no ****ing aroundxdxd

I think MS > EMS their is a Jutsu involved I think it could be some type of "Medical" Jutsu I guess because Rin Transplanted Obito Eye to Kakashi using Medical Jutsu I guess it could be similar to make a EMS.
