How does zetsu's cloning ability work?

Why didn't all the zetsu clones copy obito so that they all had kamui?

EDIT: It should say copy technique, like when he copied Neji.

That's a good question. It's said that they can copy any technique, although on a lesser scale, however none of the techniques have been seen in the manga.

i think if they copy obito.. they get the sharingan also, maybe a weaker state or non working one but atleast visual.. when he copied kisame he had like all he's abilities? hard to say.. good question..

look at kakashi he has the ability to fire kumai so fast and accurate he can hit a moving missle and sasunoo arrows etc why doesnt he just kumai ppl head off....cuz its to op for plot

yes this is true i went and reviewed the manga and found he always used a kunai to kill people. I must have misremembered as sakura mentions he steals a bit of their chakra for the transformation and I thought that meant he had their powers. Looks like zetsu still sucks...

I use to like him too, lol. In the movie he use paper bombs as deidara's attack. The only thing that still confuses me is this
