Tsunade cant beat him. she is not immortal.Tobirama being a pure senju has higher chakra reserves(most probably).

her byaakugou is just stored chakra thats all. actually she survived the bisection because Dan also supplied his chakra to Tsunade(before departing as EDOS were cancelled by itachi and sasuke). so her byakugou time is in question. she cant live it am sure of it.
