And unlimited amount of these ^ the brain cant handle it causing mental trauma and paralyzing the victim

Yes it is. Itachi can Totsuka the victim or slit their throat if he want while controlling his victim inside Genjutsu.

Tsukuyomi maybe the strongest spiritual(Yin) base attack.

Itachi is still more skilled in Tsukuyomi even Obito mentioned this that Sasuke cant manipulate time like Itachi does

Or lets say MS genjutsu which is close to Tsukuyomi

Tsukiyomi is a far advance gengutsu, it is different frm dat of ITAcHI.
Tsukiyomi use what is truly in d victims heart and d victim is som how d flow of d jutsu without him consciously knowing or even tinking twice about it he just luv wat is happening n want it to b like dt forever dereby ignoring d side effect.
But ITACHI sharingan has d ability to read a persons soul dats Y he is a good caster of genjutsu n don't frgt shisui was his mentor n shisui's eyes r perfect at genjutsu.

No! Even if Itachi got the rinnegan his eye powers would be still weaker than Sasuke's

he can't combine the sharingan and the rinnegan powers and use them to their full potential like Sasuke does just like Minato can't combine BM with SM

And it was stated so many times that Sasuke's eyes surpasses any other Uchiha and that's one of the reasons why Itachi sacrificed himself for Sasuke's sake
