How does tobi give out the rinnegan like candy?

Wow u guys really? Isn´t it so obvious that is a rinnengan technique that allows the user to connect his field of vision with his minions?! And yes the sharingan are implants but the rinn are simply a projection thats why tobi had to get the rinn from nagato and not from his clones....

Yes I see what your getting at. I often wondered this but never put too much thought into it. but after hearing this I can say I agree. lol but who knows maybe it will be further explained later in the manga

Well im guessing he knows how to transform sharingan into rinnengan. madara says its natural evolution for a sharingan to become a rinnengan. tobi for some odd reason has sharingan's stockpiled in jars in his hideout, aswell as hashirama's dna so all thats missing is alittle labwork i suppose and you can start issuing out rinnengan's to all your evil friends

I believe it's the same way Pain did it. Not through evolving them how would he do that? He could implant the sharingan and give them the Rinnegan the same way pain did though.

Another riddle:

If Tobi or Madara gave Nagato the rinnegan, Why would Tobi need to recover them from Nagato's corpse, when he could have, as this poster^^ said, simply copy the eyes into Nagato instead ?!?...

All the more reason for Tobi to just be educated in dojutsu's .. and thus a collector of sorts ...

He must have transplanted eye's within himself many times, OR have incredibly fast healing.. Cause it took 50 chapters for Sasuke to heal... yet only a few for him.... hmmm...

What difference does it make how many times you've transplanted an eye?

I think Madara used some kind of technique to look into the future to see which Uzumaki would be perfect for the rinnegan and thus made Tobi give it to him without Nagato realizing it.
