We can all say that Sasuke was in Tobi's hideout and then he left and now he is in the outskirts of the Leaf Village. My question is how has he managed to move so quickly from the hideout to the outskirts of the village in so little time. It has been one day and he has been side tracked by Itachi and Kabuto incident, then with oorchimaru. How is this possible since it is such a huge distance? He didnt run it all as seen in the flash back where he and oorchimaru were walking and talking.

I don't think that's teleporting, looks more like movement or Genjutsu to me.

Edit: Just looked up the jutsu and it's like Body Flicker, so it's high speed movement, not teleporting.
