How does the shinobi world have chakra?

Did Kaguya not take their chakra after Madara placed them in Infinite Tsukuyomi?

She took their chakra on multiple occasions.

BZ said she took their chakra but she was the one keeping them alive in order to turn them into White Zetsus.

So after that whole confrontation how did they regain chakra? After she got sealed their was no one to keep them alive.


Under normal circumstances chakra regenerates when it's low. But when it's completely diminished you die. So why everyone still alive with chakra??

Naruto and Sasuke release them from Infinite Tsukuyomi, thus prevented them from becoming White Zetsu. Also, Kaguya didn't use all of their chakras to fight Sasuke and Naruto because she needed to save it for the Chakra Fruit.

But both Naruto and Sasuke were needed to undo Infinite Tsukuyomi .

You posted the answer yourself. Kaguya was keeping everyone alive so as to turn them into White Zetsu. The tree steadily absorbs chakra and Kaguya absorbs chakra from the tree. She is not draining anyone of their entire pool.
